Selvom det har sine r\u00f8dder i \u00f8strigske bagetraditioner, er det de danske bages tilpasninger og nyskabelser, der har givet det det navn, vi kender i dag. I Danmark og nabolandene kaldes wienerbr\u00f8det stadig ved sit oprindelige navn, wienerbr\u00f8d, som bogstaveligt talt kan overs\u00e6ttes til &#8220;wienerbr\u00f8d&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u00e5ndv\u00e6rket i at lave danske kager<\/h2>\n\n<p>At lave wienerbr\u00f8d er en kunst, der kr\u00e6ver t\u00e5lmodighed og dygtighed. Grunddejen er lavet af hvedemel, m\u00e6lk, \u00e6g, sukker og overvejende sm\u00f8r, som giver wienerbr\u00f8det sin rige smag og bl\u00f8de konsistens.
